Taking a cotton canvas cloth, cutting and joining it in such a way that the overall print becomes bidirectional. Then a contemporary embroidery detailing is given along the borders which is the only joinery in the entire product. The chosen embroidery compliments the blocks that are formed by joining the fabric panels.

Reversable Blouse top

A reversible top with self-colored satin cloth piping detailing. In this product the panels are reinforced by satin pipes of the same color which adds on the aesthetics and makes it a functional detail. Other details are the crochet loops and handmade buttons made with the same satin cloth.

Revesable Side

The top is made completely reversible and there are no raw edges seen on either side. This is done by sewing the raw edges by hand hemming, a joinery technique where the stitch lines are not seen at all.

Zero Waste resort-wear

Conceptualizing a garment which produces no waste in the construction. This is an interactive garment where the play of lines is simply depicted through joineries and darts. Overlapping two rectangular fabric panels and manipulating darts on the body form. This is done in such a way that darts and joineries itself enhance the beauty of the product.
